Principal Designer Lauren Dischert is an award-winning interior designer with over 15 years of experience transforming both residential and commercial spaces. A former top designer with La-Z-Boy Home Furnishings and a mentor and design leader at Ethan Allen, she now leads Dischert Design with a refined, client-centered approach.

Lauren holds a BFA in Interior Design from Moore College of Art and Design and an MS in Retail & Visual Merchandising from Drexel University, blending creative vision with strategic expertise. She partners closely with each client—listening carefully, asking thoughtful discovery questions, and aligning every detail with their lifestyle, taste, and budget—to create spaces that are both beautiful and deeply personal.

In addition to full-service interiors, Lauren is known for her custom-designed wreaths, handcrafted to complement each client’s home and seasonal décor, adding a distinctive, artful finishing touch to her designs.
